Revenue’s CAT guidance on tax collection and enforcement has been updated by deleting Statement of Practice SP-CAT/1/90 as well as content relating to ‘registration of the debt as a Voluntary Judgement Mortgage’ that is no longer relevant. Some other minor updates have been made as set out in Revenue’s eBrief.
